B.O.L.D. is a process of leadership education which combines workshops, individual coaching, and ongoing support structures via email and the internet to guarantee development of leaders.

Built on the foundation of proven leadership methodologies from a variety of notable sources; B.O.L.D. is an opportunity for organizations to challenge leaders and to build an ongoing practice of leadership development that becomes a part of the fabric of the company.

Unlike traditional programs that offer quick hit training and minimal guidance, B.O.L.D. views leadership as a journey that begins with educational experiences. A trek that involves ongoing learning coupled with solid leadership coaching to ensure that the focus remains on continuously increasing authentic power while expanding personal impact and value on others and thus the overall business. The learning gained during our workshops is increased tenfold when applied on a daily basis with the guidance of our coaches.

B.O.L.D. is a series of four 2-day workshops with follow-up coaching sessions and online support tools utilized in between. The program culminates in the co-design of an individual leadership practice and the development of an internal leadership community to sustain the momentum of personal and organizational leadership transformation.
