Manager to Leader Transformation

The 3-Day Workshop

Day 2 - The Manager of Tomorrow engages managers with tools and techniques to design their new role. The

primary focus areas include:

Day 3 - The Elevated Manager prepares managers for bringing their redefined role and focus back to their store
